客户不回复开发信?根源在这4点
开发信的核心是建立信任、传递价值,若偏离这一核心,自然难以获得反馈。常见问题主要集中在四个方面:
一是定位模糊,未击中客户需求。很多开发信通篇介绍自身公司规模、产品型号,却没说清“我的产品能为你解决什么问题”。客户每天接收大量邮件,只会关注与自己利益相关的内容,缺乏针对性的介绍必然被忽略。

精简内容抓重点。开头用一句话表明身份与意图,中间用2-3句话阐述核心价值,比如“我们的XX产品能帮你降低30%的采购成本,已服务过XX行业的XX公司”,结尾明确行动指令。
