做外贸想拿下高价值订单?沟通里的 “巧劲” 比硬邦邦的话术管用多了!新人常犯的错是直来直去:“这单能定了吗?” 结果往往石沉大海。其实,会沟通的关键是提前想到客户的隐忧,把台阶和方案递过去。时机到了,订单自然水到渠成。


 

“我们没法按时交货”

不要说:We can't deliver on time.

改为:Due to temporary adjustments in raw material supply, the delivery time needs to be extended by 3 days. We've urgently coordinated with logistics to minimize the delay and will immediately share the new schedule with you.

由于原材料供应临时调整,目前交货时间需延后 3 天,我们已加急协调物流以缩短延误,具体新周期会即刻同步给您。


 

“这个价格不能再降了”

不要说:We can't lower the price anymore.

改为:This price already accounts for the bulk purchase discount and our cost control on key components. To help with your budget, we can offer a 2% rebate for early payment within 15 days.

该价格已包含批量采购折扣及核心部件的成本优化,若您能在 15 天内提前付款,我们可额外提供 2% 返利以缓解预算压力。


 

“你得再等几天才能发货”

不要说:You have to wait a few more days for shipment.

改为:The production line is prioritizing your order, and it will be ready for shipping by the end of this week. We'll send the tracking info as soon as it's dispatched—no need to follow up repeatedly.

生产线正优先赶制您的订单,本周内即可完成发货。一旦发出会立即同步追踪信息,您无需反复查询。

不要说:Our after-sales service is good.

不要说:Will you buy again later?

改为:As your off-season winds down, are there any product categories you plan to restock for the next cycle? We can reserve production slots in advance.

随着您的淡季即将结束,下一周期是否有需要补货的产品品类?我们可以提前预留生产排期。


 

“产品用着还行吗”

不要说:Is the product working okay?

改为:Hope the product is meeting your expectations in daily use. Any feedback on performance or usage scenarios will help us improve the next batch.
